摘 要:运用遗传毒理学的方法,研究环磷酰胺和卫河水对太行隆肛蛙蝌蚪红细胞核异常的影响.结果表明:经10 mg.L-1、20 mg.L-1、40 mg.L-1环磷酰胺溶液和10%、30%、50%体积浓度的卫河水处理4、8、12和16 d,太行隆肛蛙蝌蚪红细胞的微核率和总核异常率明显升高;20 mg.L-1环磷酰胺溶液可作为阳性对照;每一处理浓度下,红细胞微核率、总核异常率均在第12 d达到高峰.说明,太行隆肛蛙蝌蚪红细胞微核和核异常实验对监测污染水体中的遗传毒性物质敏感可行;卫河水污染严重,含有较强的遗传毒性物质,应加快对卫河水的治理,以防止其对地下水源的污染.In this study,the effect of cyclophosphamide and the Weihe River water(WRW)on nuclear anomalies of erythrocytes of Paa(Feirana)taihangnicus tadpoles(PTT) are observed. The results show that Frequencies of micronuclei and nuclear anomalies(FMNA) of PTT erythrocytes increase significantly compared to the control group after 4,8,12 and 16 days exposure in different concentration of cyclophosphamide (10 mg · L ^-1,20 mg · L^-1 ,40 mg · L^-1 ) and the WRW (volume concentration of 10% ,30% and 50%) . FMNA of each group present to a tendency of going up from the 4th day to the 12th day, and all attained a maximum after 12 days. This indicates that the WRW is polluted heavily,there are strong mutagenic compo- nents and potential carcinogen in the WRW. While using micronuclei and nuclear anomalies of PTT erythrocytes to test the water pollutant, the tadpole should be exposed to the polluted water for 12 days, concentration of 20 mg · L^-1 cyclophosphamide seems to be more appropriated when it is used to be positive control materials.
