摘  要:导热系数是衡量外墙用聚苯乙烯泡沫(EPS)保温砂浆保温效果的关键指标。研究导热系数与砂浆的组成、干密度、孔隙大小及分布的关系;分析聚苯乙烯泡沫(EPS)颗粒、膨胀珍珠岩、活性硅微粉及引气剂对保温砂浆干表观密度和导热系数的影响。实验得出,加入8%聚苯乙烯泡沫(EPS)颗粒、8%活性硅微粉及0.8%引气剂时,配制的砂浆干密度为210 kg/m3,导热系数为0.058 W/(m.K),抗拉强度为0.32 MPa,并具有良好的施工性能。The coefficient of heat conduction is a key target to judge thermal insulation effect of EPS thermal insulation mortar for external wall. The relations of heat conduction coefficient with mortar constituents,dry density, hole size and distribution were researched. The effects of EPS gain,expanded perlite,active silica fume and air-entraining agent on the dry apparent density and heat conduction coefficient of thermal insulation mortar were analyzed. It is obtained from the experiments that thermal insulation mortar With good workability, dry density of 210 kg/m^3, heat conduction coefficient of 0.058 W/(m·k) and adhesive strength of 0.32 MPa can be prepared by adding 8% EPS gain, 8% active silica fume and 0.8% air-entraining agent.
