摘  要:应用快速的DNA抽提方法和现有的序标位(STS)引物,通过聚合酶链式反应(PCR),检测了部分籼稻骨干亲本的多态性,建立了这些亲本的STS数据库。42个标准路标STS中,有6个能在40个亲本间揭示多态性,但各个STS揭示的多态性程度有差异;9个与目的性状连锁的STS中,有3个能揭示已知抗源与亲本间的多态性,有的STS在已知抗源扩增出的DNA条带与所有亲本均不相同。数据库可为育种家制订实施标记辅助选择的育种计划提供依据。The polymorphisms among parents in indica rice breeding programs were surveyed by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) based on a rapid DNA isolation procedure and available primer pairs of sequence tagged sites(STS), resulting in the establishment of the database for these parents. A great part of the STS were landmarkers in the rice genome. Others linked to known disease and insect resistance genes in respective donors. Six out of 42 landmarker STS revealed polymorphisms among 40 parents. The degrees of polymorphism revealed by each of these STS differed. Three out of 9 resistance linked STS revealed polymorphisms between parents and corresponding donors of resistance. Differences were observed between the PCR products from resistance donors and from all parents with some STS, implying the these STS6 be useful in markerassisted selection (MAS) during the transfer of resistance genes from donors to parents. This database provides useful informatino for plant breeders when they are working out their breeding proposals combinging with MAS. 
