摘  要:采用遥控、遥感、红外探测等先进技术,研究设计了一种遥控移动轻型吊车,以满足柔性制造系统和仓储物流行业自动化的需求。设计了"前转后驱"的机械传动系统、开式传动电磁闸瓦制动系统及直流串激电机驱动的起重卷扬装置;应用无线电遥控技术,设计了吊车前进、后退及转向的远程控制系统,并以发射与接收遥控集成组件为核心,用直流电源代替交流电源,实现了无轨运行;利用蜗轮与蜗杆传动的自锁功能,实现刹车制动;应用光电探测红外线探测技术,实现了异物探测自动停车与报警功能。通过对该车稳定性等有关参数的计算分析,得出本设计达到了预定的技术指标,能够满足使用要求。A light-duty remote control crane that can move is researched and designed by using advanced techniques such as remote control, remote sensing and infrared detection, etc; so as to satisfy the demand of automation for the flexible manufacturing system and storage and logistic industry. The structure of the crane is designed with the mechanical transmission system of front-wheel turnaround and rear wheel drive, the electromagnetism detent system of opening drive and driving device of windlass with direct current series-wound power electrornotor are designed. Applied wireless remote control technology, to design a remote control system of which drive crane to advance and back and turning. The AC power is replaced by DC power to actualize trackless move, the blast-off and takeover remote control integraled groupware in the center of system. Realized brake by use of self-locking fimction of worm wheel and worm gearing. Realized the function which automatism shut down and alarem when detecting eyewinker. Realized the fimction which automatism shut down and alarem when detecting eyewinker by use ofphotoelectricity and infrared detect technology. Come to the conclusion that the design arrived preconcerted technology target and can satisfy using need, through calculating and analysis relational parameters.
