摘 要:随着矿物浮选技术的发展,充填介质已成为提高浮选柱分选效率和降低浮选柱高度的最有效途径之一。填料充填与筛板充填是浮选柱常用的两种充填方式,指出两种充填介质在工业应用中的特点,分析了筛板充填对浮选环境的改变以及对浮选结果的影响。从通量出发,对浮选柱充填方式进行优化,提出了在浮选柱浮选段进行蜂窝管和筛板两种介质的高效混合充填。该混合充填介质的提出,既延伸了化工充填介质的内涵,又创新了浮选柱技术。The medium packing has been one of path to increase separation efficiency and reduce the height of flotation column with the development of mineral flotation technology. There are two common packing mediums, filling packing and sieve packing. The characteristics of two packing mediums applied in industry are pointed out. And the change on flotation environment of sieved packing and its influence on flotation results are analyzed. Based on the flux, a high efficiency mixed packing mode that consists of screen plate and honeycomb tube is proposed. The concept of chemical packing medium is extended, and flotation column technology is also innovated while the mixed packing medium is put forward.
