从美国锈带复兴看东北老工业基地产业结构调整

摘　　要：改革开放后,作为国家的重要工业基地的东北地区受到原有经济体制和机制的束缚,没有适时进行产业结构的调整,导致在整个国民经济中的比重下降。自2004年国家实施了东北老工业基地振兴战略以来,东北经济发生了很大的变化,经济社会发展保持良好态势。本文通过对美国"锈带复兴"措施的分析,希望可以为东北老工业基地振兴中产业结构调整提出一些有意义的措施。Since reform and opening up , northeast region in＇ China which was regarded as the most important industrial bases suffered to decline in the proportion of the national economy, because of the binding of original economic structure and mechanism, and making lagging has implemented the strategy of revitalizing the place in last four years, and social development ＂Rust Belt Renaissance＂ measures, this paper readjustment of the industrial structure. As the central government old industrial bases in Northeast region, great changes have taken maintain a good posture. Based on the analyses to the United States aims at proposing some meaningful measures to the old industrial bases, revitalizing.
