摘  要:目的研究尾加压素Ⅱ(urotensin Ⅱ,UII)及一氧化氮在子痫前期患者胎盘组织的表达情况及其与子痫前期发病的关系。方法采用RT-PCR方法检测45例子痫前期患者(轻度22例,重度23例)及20例正常晚期妊娠孕妇胎盘组织中UIImRNA的表达情况;同时用硝酸还原酶法检测子痫前期组孕妇与正常组孕妇胎盘组织中NO浓度。结果重度子痫前期患者胎盘组织UIImRNA(0.85±0.40)明显高于正常妊娠组(0.38±0.30)(P<0.05);轻度子痫前期患者胎盘组织UIImRNA(0.64±0.31),与正常妊娠组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。轻、重度子痫前期患者胎盘组织NO浓度分别为114.42±6.52 u/mg、79.22±3.31 u/mg,均显著低于正常妊娠组241.36±13.24u/mg(P<0.05)。结论子痫前期胎盘组织中尾加压素Ⅱ水平升高,NO浓度下降,可能在子痫前期的发病中起一定作用。Objective: To investigate the expression of urotensinlI (UII) and nitric oxide (NO) in placenta of preeclampsla patients and their rdles in the pathogenesis of preeclampsia. Methods : Expression of UII mRNA in placenta from 45 cases of pre eclamp sia (22 women with mild preeclampsia and 23 women with severe preeclampsia) and 20 cases of normal term pregnant women was detected by semi - quantitative RT - PCR; The concentration of NO in placental tissues was assayed by nitrite reductase. Results : Ex- pression of UIImRNA 0. 85 ± 0. 40 in placenta of severe preeclampsia was significantly higher than in normal pregnancy 0. 38± 0. 30 ( P 〈0. 05); The expression of UII mRNA were not different between mild preeclampsia 0. 64±0. 31 and normal pregnancy ( P 〉 0. 05 ). The concentration of NO in placenta of mild 114. 42 ± 6. 52 u/mg and severe preeclampsia 79. 22 ± 3.31 u/mg were both significantly higher than that in normal pregnancy 241.36 ± 13.24u/mg ( P 〈0. 05). Conclusion: The expression of UII mRNA is increased and the concentration of NO is sup - pressed in women with preeclampsia, which might play an important role in the pathogenesis of preeclampsia.
