摘　　要：零度管理为管理学家提供了一个绝好的战略目标,虚拟企业是实现零度管理最好的手段,结合两者的优点,探讨了基于零度管理的虚拟企业结构模型,分析了基于零度管理知识转化价值的过程,为虚拟企业组建、运行提供了一个可操作的结构模型,实现了零度管理虚拟企业模型构造的突破。Zero space management provided a better strategic object for management researchers.Virtual enterprise can realize object of zero space management better than any others. After considering the advantage of zero space management ,it discusses the virtual enterprise structure model based on zero apace management and analyses the process how to change information to value, so it accomplishes the leap of the structure model of virtual enterprise.
