摘　　要：从知识角度探讨了技术创新的实质,提出技术创新就是创新性知识的产生和应用过程。从3个层面分析了组织技术创新决策与知识管理的关系,并利用知识管理的相关概念对组织技术创新要素进行了解读。最后,针对技术创新的知识本质提出了进行技术创新决策的重要原则。The paper researches the essence of technological innovation from the knowledge perspective and defines technological innovation as the process of creation and adoption of creative knowledge. Then, three levels of relationship between organizational technological innovation and knowledge management have been developed. Some elements of technological innovation are reinterpreted by using the concepts of knowledge management. Finally, the principles of decision-making about organizational technological innovation are discussed.
