摘　　要：介绍了我国煤矿安全投入机制的现状与存在的问题,提出了解决问题的建议。认为,一应拓宽融资渠道、加大国家公益性投入;二应完善安全费用的使用范围、确保安全经费的合理使用;三应强化监管、确保安全费用依法提取和使用。This paper introduces the status-quo of coal mine safety in-put mechanism of this country and proposes relevant solutions.The authors hold that the first thing to do is to widen the financing channel and increase government's input from the angle of doing public good.The second thing to do is to improve the scope of expenditure from the mine safety funds.This is to ensure a rational use of the funds for mine safety.The third thing to do is to strengthen monitoring and supervision on this matter so as to ensure that mine safety funds are drawn and spent legally.
