女性法学教师职业倦怠现象调查与分析

摘　　要：女性法学教师的职业倦怠是法学教育教师研究领域中的重要问题。调查发现,女性法学教师的职业倦怠与年龄、教龄、职称、学历、教育背景等方面密切相关,女性法学教师的职业倦怠的变化曲线随着教龄等的不同呈现明显的变化,如与学历水平成反比例关系,具有留学背景的女性法学教师的职业倦怠感明显低,中青年女性法学教师是女性教师职业倦怠的主要群体。为此,应建立健全女性法学教师参与院校决策的制度支持系统,在评价的量化标准中体现对女性法学教师的人文关怀,培养其可持续的专业发展能力。The professional tiredness of female law teachers is one of the important issue in the research field of law educational teachers. Through investigation, we can see that the professional tiredness of female law teachers is closely related to their age, teaching age, professional title, education and educational background, etc. The change curves of female law teachers＂ professional tiredness presents obvious change with different of teaching ages e.g. there lies inverse proportion with the level of education; the professional tiredness of the female law teachers with overseas education background is obviously lower; the middle aged female law teachers are the major group of female teachers＂ professional tiredness. Therefore, we should establish sound support system that female law teachers participate in the decision making of the institutes, reflect the humane concern about female law teachers in the evaluating quantizing standard, and cultivate their sustainable professional development ability.
