摘　　要：针对当前上海社区商业发展滞后于城市建设发展的现状,从社区空间结构的角度探讨制约社区商业发展的因素,通过对上海社区空间结构的分析,提出"封闭式住宅小区"的空间结构是制约上海社区商业发展的主要因素。并通过列举实际案例,提倡上海城市"街区住宅"的发展之路。Focusing on the current present situation of commercial development of Shanghai Community lagging behind urban construction development, discussing the factors restricting the community commerce development from the angle of space structure of the residential community and through the analysis on the Shanghai commu- nity structure, it raised an idea that the space structure of ＂closed-end community＂ is the main factors restricting the commerce development of Shanghai community. And by listing the practical cases, it has advocated that the way for the urban development of Shanghai is ＂residential block＂.
