摘　　要：由于历史的原因,在上海市中心仍有许多旧式的里弄房屋,这些房屋没有卫生设施,居住条件极差,急需进行旧房的改造,文章结合上海市卢湾区旧房改造试点工程,通过运用科技创新技术,努力改善老式住宅居住环境的实例。Due to some historical reasons, there are still lots of old-time lane houses in the centre of Shanghai. Such kinds of houses have no health facilities, whose residential conditions are rather bad and urgently need to carry out reconstruction of old buildings. Combining with the experimental project of the old building reconstruction in Luwan District, Shanghai, this Article aims at offering a practical example for improving the residential environment of aged-houses through using the science innovation technology.
