摘　　要：邓小平的民生思想是在对一些关乎"大局"的重大问题的认识和把握中提出来的,直接体现于社会主义的本质、经济体制改革的目的、经济社会发展战略、社会保障、判断各项工作是非得失的标准等内容之中,具有人民性、实践性、创新性、动态性的特征,对当前中国特色社会主义建设过程中加快推进以改善民生为重点的社会建设、强化中国共产党立党为公和执政为民的执政理念、巩固和完善社会主义初级阶段的基本经济制度和分配制度、深化关于中国特色社会主义道路和理论体系的认识都具有重要的指导意义。Deng Xiaoping's thought on people's livelihood,proposed in understanding and mastering some critical issues that concerned the overall situation,directly embodied in the nature of socialism,the goal of the reform of economic system,the developmental strategy of economy and society,social security,standards in judging all kinds of work and other contents,has characteristics that orient the people,practice,innovation and dynamics,and is of great instructive significance in the social construction that attaches great importance to accelerating the amelioration of livelihood,strengthening CPC's the concept of building the party for the public and assuming power for the people,consolidating and perfecting the basic economic system and assigning system and deepening the understanding of the socialist road and theoretical system with Chinese characteristics.
