摘　　要：视频监控系统是安全防范系统的重要组成部分,具有广泛的社会应用价值。该文介绍了由压缩编码芯片ZC301PLH、ARM S3C2410A微处理器构成的基于B/S的嵌入式视频监控系统,具有极高的性价比。结合ActiveX技术和IPicture接口技术详细介绍了基于B/S结构的客户端软件的设计与实现。Video Monitor System is an important part of security and defense system, and is of a broad social value. The paper introduces embedded video monitor system based on B/S which is made of compress coding chip ZC301PLH,ARM S3C2410A microprocessor, and it is of the character of very high cost/performance ratio. Design and implementation of client software based on B/S is detailed introduced by combining with ActiveX technology and IPicture interface technology.
