摘　　要：溶胶-凝胶法是制备涂层中最简单的技术之一。Al2O3、SiO2、ZrO2以及它们的复合涂层很容易沉积在金属和合金基体上。简单介绍了溶胶-凝胶过程的原理、工艺以及在高温抗氧化涂层中的应用,同时指出了溶胶-凝胶技术现存的一些缺点。指出今后发展重点是涂层和基材的附着力以及无开裂的涂层。Sol -Gel method is one of the simplest techniques for the preparation of coatings. The coatings of Al2O3 , SiO2, ,ZrO2 and their composite films can be easily deposited on the metal or alloy substrates. In this paper, the principles and technics of Sol - Gel process and the applications of the high temperature oxidation resistant coatings have been introduced briefly, and the shortcomings of the technique have been also pointed out. In the future, efforts should be made on the adherence of the coatings and the substrates and the uncracking coatings.
