摘　　要：农村网络城市化的时代特征表现为:纵横交错的农村交通网络、资讯传输系统的"三网"合一和农村完善的供电供水系统。农村"小农理性命题"和诱致性制度变迁理论是农村网络城市化的重要理论基础。农村网络城市化是解决"三农"问题的途径,是建设社会主义新农村的关键。The contemporary characteristics of the urbanization of rural network are as follows： the crisscross transportation network, the unity of ＂three networks＂ for information transfer and the rural electricity and water supply systems. The ＂rational proposition of petty farmers and the theory of induced institutional change are the major theoretical basis of the urbanization of rural network. The urbanization of rural network is the key to the problems of the stabilization of the rural area, farmers＇ income and agricultural development, and also the key to the construction of socialist new rural area.
