摘　　要：新型农村合作医疗作为党和政府解决农民看病难的重要举措从2003年试行以来效果如何？笔者以河南省安阳市实施新型农村合作医疗的做法为依据进行客观分析后发现，新农合政策的实施对解决农民看病难问题已初见成效，同时也引发笔者一些体会和思考，为将来更好地解决农民看病难问题提供有益探索。How has the new rural cooperatives medical service solved the farmer as the party and the government to see a doctor the difficult important action to try out the effect since 2003？ The author implements the new rural cooperatives medical service take the Henan Province Anyang the procedure to carry on the comparative external analysis after the basis to discover that, the new agriculture gathers the policy the implementation to solve the farmer to see a doctor the difficult question to win initial success, simultaneously also initiates author some experiences and the ponder, will solve the farmer for the future to see a doctor well the difficult question to provide the beneficial exploration.
