摘　　要：目的:对瘢痕超声图像分析系统的开发及使用,探讨其使用价值。方法:使用Microsoftvisualstudio2005编写程序。对程序模块进行设计、调试、并实际应用定型。结果:使用瘢痕超声图像分析系统可明显简化瘢痕的超声图像诊断步骤,有利于超声图文资料的保存和测量,并可作为整形外科瘢痕诊断的一个重要组成部分。结论:瘢痕超声图像分析系统对提高瘢痕超声诊断水平具有非常积极的作用,并为以后对瘢痕超声图像进行研究奠定基础。Objective To introduce the development and application of ultrasonic imaging analytic system against scar and discuss about the application value hereof. Methods Microsoft visual studio 2005 was used to program. The program module was designed, debugged and applied to practice. Results The system not only significanfly simplified the ultrasonic imaging diagnosis steps hereon, but facilitated the saving and measuring of ultrasonic imaging materials, and besides, it worked as an important part of scar diagnosis by the plastic surgery. Conclusion This system has an active effect on improving the level of ultrasonic diagnosis against scar and establishes a foundation for the further study on ultrasonic image of scar.
