摘 要:利用17个微卫星位点对海南文昌鸡群体内的遗传变异情况进行了分析,结果表明,13个位点处于哈代-温伯格平衡状态,2个位点处于不平衡状态,2个位点处于极不平衡状态。文昌鸡群体内平均杂合度(H)为0.7608;多态信息含量(PIC)为0.6899,平均有效等位基因数(Ne)为5.0254,群体杂合度和多态信息含量都相对较高,说明文昌鸡群体内的遗传变异较大,具有较高的选择潜力。In this study, 17 microsatellite loci with high polymorphisms were selected to detect the genetic variationin Wenchang chicken. The results showed that there were 13 loci in Hardy-weinberg equilibrium, two loci in unequilibrium, and two loci in very unbalance. The average heterozygosity of Wenchang chicken was 0. 7608, the average polymorphism information content was 0. 6899, the average number of effective alleles was 5. 0254. These showed that the heterozygosity and the polymorphism information content were all high, and there were greatly genetic variations in Wenchang chicken, there were large potential of selection.
