摘  要:利用SSR标记研究了60个通过甘蓝型油菜与白菜型油菜种间杂交培育出的特早熟春性甘蓝型油菜品系及其3个亲本的遗传多样性及其亲缘关系。研究结果表明:①39对SSR标记共扩增出145个多态性片段,其中多态性位点占总扩增位点的97.3%,平均每对引物检测等位基因3.72个,片段大小介于50-550 bp间。②聚类分析可将全部材料划分为A、B共两大类群,白菜型亲本浩油11号单独聚在A类,两个甘蓝型亲本(E144、039)和60个后代杂交种共同聚在B类,而来源于同一组合的品系又被划分到不同的亚类,没有完全聚到一起,说明利用甘蓝型油菜与白菜型油菜种间杂交创造出来的新型甘蓝型油菜品系具有丰富的遗传多样性,且与它们的甘蓝型亲本有一定的遗传差异。In this study, 60 spring varieties ( B. napus L. ) and their 3 parents were used for their genetic diversity and genetic relationship. Two conclusions can be drawn from this study: (1)39 SSR primer pairs generated a total of 145 polymorphic bands, which took 97.3% of total amplified bands. 3.72 polymorphic bands in average. The molecular size was between 50-550 bp. (2) The result of UPGMA analysis to the data of SSR indicated that all tested-varieties can be classified into two groups as A and B. Group A was made up with one of parents-HAOYOU11 (B. campestris L. ). Group B was made up with 60 varieties and their two other parents (E144 and 039) of B. napus L. In addition, the varieties generated from the same combination were in different second types but not in the same one. It showed that the genetic diversity of spring varieties of B. napus L. created by using the meth od of interspecific cross between the cultivars of B . napus L. and B. campestris L. was quietly rich. Furthermore, there were some genetic differences between spring-planted varieties ( B. napus L. ) and their parents (B. napus L. ).
