摘 要:黄瓜黑星病菌(Cladosporium cucumerinum)是引起黄瓜及其他葫芦科蔬菜病害的主要病原菌。本文从培养基、温度、培养基酸碱度、光照、碳氮营养等方面,探讨了影响黄瓜黑星病菌孢子萌发的主要因素。结果发现,黄瓜黑星病菌孢子萌发的适宜温度为15-25℃,最适温度20℃,适宜pH为5.0-7左右,最适pH值为6;散射光和黑暗条件有利于孢子萌发;培养基C、N源对黄瓜黑星病菌孢子萌发有显著的影响,C源中以麦芽糖、乳糖最好,葡萄糖、蔗糖次之,N源中天冬氨酸有利于孢子萌发。C源比N源更有利于孢子萌发。Cladosporium cucumerinum is the main pathogenic organism which lead Cucumis sativus and other vegetables of Cucurbitaceae to fall sick. This paper discussed the influencing factors of spore germination of Cladosporlum cucurnerlnum from culture medium, temperature, PH of culture medium, illuminance, carbon nutrition and nitrogen nutrition. The results showed that the suitable temperature for spore germination of Cladosporlum cucurnerinum was 15-25℃, 20℃ appeared the optimal temperature; the suitable pH was 5.0-7.0, the optimal PH was 6; the scattering light and dark favourable for spore germination; carbon sources and nitrogen sources had obvious effect on spore germination; maltose and lactose were the best as carbon sources, glucose and sucrose were better than the other; aspartate was good for spore germination as nitrogen sources, carbon sources was more suitable for spore germination than nitrogen sources.
