摘  要:通过盆栽与大田试验相接合的方法研究了温度处理对黄瓜根结线虫病的效应。结果表明,黄瓜根结线虫病对温度反映比较敏感,45℃温度处理8 h,在盆栽条件下发病程度减轻98.8%,处理16 h防治效果达到100%,50℃温度处理8 h,防治效果也达到100%。在田间试验条件下,高温闷棚4 d发病程度减轻99.6%,高温闷棚8 d田间未见病株。高温处理后棚室第3年对根结线虫病的控制效果仍高达95%以上。该技术具有可操作性、可持续性和环境友好型的特点,是控制北方地区温室黄瓜根结线虫病的有效技术措施,具有广阔的应用前景。Effects of different temperature on the cucumber root knot nematodes disease was studied by the test in pots and field , The results showed that the knot nematodes was sensitive to temperature. In pot cultivation, the cucumber was treated for 8 hours at 45℃, and the disease incidence and indice was decreased 89.8% and 98.8%, respectively. The control effects of treating of 16 hours are 100%, and 8 hours at 50℃ are also 100%. In field, the cucumber was treated for 4 day by solarization, and the disease incidence and indice was decreased 89.2% and 99.6%. The cucumber was treated for 8 day by solarization, and the disease did not occur. The control effects of Solarization on the cucumber root knot nematodes disease was over 95% after three year. The character of technical measure is practically, sustainable and environment-friendly, so it is effective measure of controlling the cucumber root knot nematodes disease in the northern area of China.
