摘  要:采用样本匀浆液与层析硅胶一起过柱的方法,对上海青样本中残留的噻嗪酮和双甲脒进行净化处理后,经气相色谱外标法对两种农药的残留量同时进行定量分析。结果表明,噻嗪酮和双甲脒在优化色谱条件下色谱峰的相对保留时间分别为1.78 min和6.40 min,两种农药在10-100μg/mL的浓度范围内线性关系良好,双甲脒的线性回归方程为Y=-0.000424+0.320558X,噻嗪酮的线性回归方程为Y=0.743658X+1.243762,相关系数均在0.999以上。双甲脒的残留量为64.48μg/kg,噻嗪酮的残留量为32.56μg/kg,平均添加回收率为89.47%-111.43%,平均RSD为1.38%-6.77%。In this paper, Amitraz and Buprofezin in Chinese green cabbage were extracted, followed by the sample cleanup with homogenate and silica gel column,the eluate was quantitated by gas chromatography with NPD. The results showed that the relative hold time of Buprofezin and Amitraz were 1.78 min and 6.40 min respectively, the linear range was during 10-100 μg/mL, the linear regression equation of Amitraz and Buprofezin were Y=-0. 000424+0. 320558x,Y=0. 743658x+1. 243762 respectively, and the correction coefficient were over 0. 999. The analysis and treatment of data showed that the residues of Amitraz is 64.48 μg/kg, the residues of Buprofezin is 32.56μg/kg. For spiked samples level, the recovery was 89. 47%-111. 43% and the RSD was 1. 38%-6. 77%. In addition to, this experiment gave possible evidence for two kinds of pesticide quantitative analysis by application internal standards.
