摘　　要：评价右室功能常常是困难的,主要因为右室腔几何形状复杂。右室组织多普勒显像简单易行,重复性好,可提供有关右室收缩和舒张功能的附加信息,检出亚临床疾病以及传统超声不能检出的疾病。此外,右室组织多普勒显像可预测某些心脏患者的临床结局。Evaluation of right ventricular function is considered a challenging process. The major difficulty relates to the complex shape of the right ventrieular chamber. Right ventricular tissue Doppler imaging （TDI） is a feasible,reproducible, and easily performed additional eehocardiographic measure of right ventricular systolic and diastolic function. The key feature of right ventricular TDI is the detection of subclinical disease,and disease not yet detectable by conventional imaging modalities. In addition, right ventricular TDI variables can predict clinical outcome in patients with cardiac disease.
