摘  要:汽轮发电机定子绕组中的蒸发冷却系统(evaporative cooling system,ECS),是以泵为驱动装置的强迫循环,其循环特点与常规制冷循环有着本质不同。利用热力学第二定律对ECS的热力过程进行了分析,讨论了系统热负荷和介质流量对ECS不可逆程度的影响,分析了ECS的功损,得出ECS的不可逆性受到换热温差、两相流动特点等多方面因素的影响,ECS自身产生的有用功也成为实际驱动力的一部分。针对ECS的独特性,提出了相应的循环性能评价函数,为ECS的实际应用及优化研究提供了一定的理论参考依据。The evaporative cooling system (ECS) in the turbine generator's stator forced by the pump, is different with the refrigerating cycle essentially. The thermodynamic processes of the ECS were analyzed by the second law of the thermodynamics, the influences of the heat load and the work medium's flux on the irreversibility of the system were discussed and the useful work loss was analyzed. It's concluded that the irreversibility is influenced by many factors, such as temperature difference in heat transfer and two-phase flow's characteristics, and the useful work produced by the ECS contributed back to the ECS as a part of driving force. A new performance evaluation function ξECS was advanced, in accordance with the distinctive characteristics of the ECS, providing the theory basis for the application.
