摘　　要：随着我国外汇体制改革的不断深入,人民币汇率浮动弹性的逐渐增多,国有商业银行在各种因素影响下,将面临很多过去未曾遇到的新问题,新矛盾,将处于一个错综复杂,变幻莫测的经营环境中,其管理和抗风险能力存在着前所未有的压力和挑战。本文从完善国有商业银行经营管理的角度提出了我国政府应采取的政策措施,并进一步提出适宜的现实选择。As Chinese foreign exchange system reform continued to deepen,the floating flexibility of the RMB exchange rate gradually increased,and the state-owned commercial banks under the influence of various factors,will face many of the new problems and new contradictions.The business environment,its management and risk-resistance capability of unprecedented pressure and challenges.The paper from the state-owned commercial banks improve management point of view put forward our government should adopt policies and measures,and further make appropriate practical choice.
