“保先教育”与延安整风评析

摘　　要：当中国共产党正步入成熟时期但却有严重共产国际化倾向意识的情况下,党中央开展了延安整风,旨在解决党的高层组织内存在的教条主义问题;"保先教育"则是在党处于全面发展时期但由于受非公有制经济繁荣发展的影响成分再度变化的情况下,所进行的旨在巩固和加强基层党组织的建设活动。这是两次各具特色的自我教育活动。它们虽然时代背景、主题、内容、原因、成效都不一样,但整党目的、所选时机、活动的进程和意义都有许多相似之处。延安整风是毛泽东党建思想成熟的标志;"保先教育"则是毛泽东党建思想在新时代继续发展的重要标志。The reorganizing attitude in Yan'an that pointed to the Party which was marching into the maturation period,but with serious tendency of communist internationalization is about how to solve the problem of dogmatism existing in the high-ranke;'the Education of Maintaining Sophistication'pointed to the CPC whose ingredients were changing in full scale development time because of non-private economy prosperous development.It is about how to consolidate and strengthen basic-level organization of the CPC.Although the time background,subjects,contents,reasons,and effects are different,there are many similarities in the aim of reorganizing party,opportunities,advancements and significance.The reorganizing attitude in Yan'an is the symbol of the maturation of Mao Ze-dong thoughts of building party;and 'the Education of Maintaining Sophistication' is the important symbol that shows Mao Ze-dong thoughts of building party continue to develop in new times.
