摘　　要：改革开放30年,中国农村以社会主义市场经济体制取代了传统的计划经济体制,以家庭承包经营为基础的双层经营制度取代了人民公社制度,建立了适应发展社会主义市场经济要求的农村新经济体制框架。这个根本性的改革,解放和发展了农村生产力,使得农村建设取得了巨大成就并且积累了丰富的经验,也给我们许多启示。In the 30 years duration of reform and opening,socialistic market economy system of Chinese countryside has substituted the traditional planed economy system,the two-layer management system that family contract management as foundation has supplanted the demos-community system,and has built countryside's new economic system framework that adapting to the development requirement of socialistic market economy.This basic reform has liberated and developed countryside productivity,makes the countryside economy construction has gained great accomplishments and accumulated a plenty of experiences,and given us lots of inspirations.
