摘 要:作为橡胶硫化主要设备的平板硫化机必须具备控制硫化条件(硫化温度、硫化时间和硫化压力)的能力,其控制的精度将直接影响橡胶制品的质量和性能。基于模糊推理的PID自整定控制,在线改变模糊控制器的参数,使控制器能够根据实际情况调整比例系数,使其在系统状态变化的每一时刻自动调节PID参数。应用证明,本系统能够精确地控制每台硫化机的硫化温度和时间,使平板硫化机控制精度达到±0.5℃的国家标准,且系统性能稳定可靠。As the main rubber vulcanizing equipment,the flat panel valcanizer must have the ability to control the valcanizing condition(such as valcanizing temperature,valcanizing time and pressure). The controlling accuracy will influnce the quality and the nature of the rubber products directly. On the basis of fuzzy reasoning,the PID auto - collating and timing controller can change the parameters of the fuzzy controller, adjust its proportion coefficient accordingly on- line, and make it to adjust PID parameter each moment as the system changing. Practice shows that the system control the valcaning temperature and time exactly,and proves the accuracy of the flat panel valcanizer to ± 0.5℃, which is the nation's standard. FunCtion of the system is found reliable.
