河北省县域经济发展层次分析

摘　　要：县域经济在国民经济中处于承上启下的基础地位。河北县域经济的发展关系到全省综合经济实力能否提高,关系到贫困县能否致富奔小康的问题,对全省国民经济发展的整体带动作用十分巨大。河北省县域经济从20世纪90年代开始出现了一些新的发展态势,总体实力不断增强,但与一些全国沿海县域经济强省相比,差距仍很明显。通过对河北省136个县(市)的综合实力排名,可将全省136个县(市)划分为发达县(市)、较发达县(市)、欠发达县(市)和贫困县(市)四个层次。河北应根据四类层次县域经济的特点有针对性地采取改善措施,以进一步推进整个河北省县域经济的发展。County economy is the foundation of national economy. The county economy in Hebei Province is the key to increasing the comprehensive economic power of the province and to helping the poor counties to shake off poverty. It plays a major role in fueling the development of national economy in the whole province. Since 1990s the county economy in Hebei Province has kept the development trend, with the strength constantly growing. But, compared with the county economy in economically powerful provinces in coastal area, Hebei still lags behind. In terms of their comprehensive strength, the 136 counties in Hebei Province can be categorized as developed counties （cities）, relatively developed counties （cities）, less developed counties （cities） and poor counties （cities）. Appropriate measures shall be taken in accordance with the features of county economy in these four categories so as to stimulate the development of county economy in Hebei Province.
