牛蒡子苷元复方抗流感病毒的实验研究

摘　　要：目的观察牛蒡子苷元复方的体内外抗流感病毒作用及诱生干扰素水平。方法于狗肾细胞上观察牛蒡子苷元对流感病毒复制的抑制作用。以病毒滴鼻感染小鼠,观察对肺指数、病毒致小鼠死亡率等的影响;对正常小鼠研究诱生干扰素水平。结果牛蒡子苷元复方在体外对甲1型流感病毒未显示有抑制作用。牛蒡子苷元复方能降低流感病毒感染所致小鼠肺指数;对流感病毒致死小鼠有明显的保护作用及延长生命率的作用;对正常小鼠有一定的诱生干扰素作用。结论牛蒡子苷元复方有一定的抗流感病毒作用,其体内抗病毒作用的机制之一可能是诱生体内产生干扰素。Objective To study the in - vivo anti - influenza virus effect of Arctigenin Compound （AC）. Methods The influenza virus type A FMI strain was inoculated into Madin Darby canine kidney （MDCK） cells to observe anti - influenza virus effect of AC, The influences of AC on lung index and death rate of mice infected by influenza virus were observed in the mice infected with virus from the nose. Meanwhile, the effect of Arctigenin Compound on inducing the production of interferon in normal mice was observed. Results No significant in - vitro inhibitory effect of Arctigenin Compound on influenza virus type A FM 1 strain was observed. The results of in - vivo tests showed that Arctigenin Compound could improve the mouse Pneumonia caused by influenza virus（comparison with model control group, P 〈 0. 05）, and prolong the life span of mouse infected with Influenza virus A strain FM 1. Arctigenin Compound could induce the interferon. Conclusion Arctigenin Compound exerts an inhibitory effect on influenza virus A, and its in - action may be related to the induction of in - vivo interferon.
