前列地尔联合利多卡因治疗突发性聋58例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨应用前列地尔联合利多卡因治疗突发性聋的临床疗效。方法:将58例突发性聋患者随机分成两组,治疗组给予前列地尔和利多卡因,传统方法组给予低分子右旋糖酐、丹参等,比较两组的有效率。结果:治疗组的总有效率明显高于传统方法组,经2χ检验两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:前列地尔联合利多卡因应用是治疗突发性聋的有效安全药物。Objective： To study the curative effect of alprostadil and lidocaine on sudden deafness. Methods： The patients suffering from sudden deafness were randomly divided into two groups： the alprostadil and lidocaine group and the control group. The alprostadil and lidocaine group were treated with alprostadil drops plus lidocaine. The control group were treated with dextran and Danshen injections instead of alprostadil drops plus lidocaine. Results ： The curative effect of the alprostadil and lidocaine group was better than the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The alprostadil with lidocaine was the effective and safe treatment for sudden deafness.
