云南开发绿色食品的前景及对策

摘　　要：发展绿色食品,走优质、高效生态经济和保护环境的路子,是云南未来农业和食品业的发展方向,是实施可持续发展战略的重大产业政策之一,也是适应国内外食品消费结构不断升级而采取的战略举措。通过对国内外绿色食品发展的阐述,分析云南发展绿色食品的优势条件,提出云南开发绿色食品的对策。Green food development is the direction on sustainable agriculture and food industry development of Yunnan Province. It is one of the important industrial policies. The development of green food in home and aboard was elaborated. The advantage of green food development was analyzed. In addition, the corresponding measure of green food development was put forward.
