摘　　要：目前新建高校中系级网站的建设普遍滞后,对此提出了一个高校系级网站构建平台的实现方案,对该系统平台的架构和基本功能作了简要介绍,并对在系统中采用的一些关键技术作了说明。At present, most of the new-founded colleges have no websites for their departments. This paper proposed a platform which can provide an easy way to build up a website for the departments in college. It also gives a brief introduction to the architecture and functions of the platform, and illustrates some key technologies used in it.
