摘　　要：三峡工程安全监测系统是一个监测信息网络系统，每年采集和传输的监测信息量十分巨大。该系统的功能是对建筑物的监测信息量进行量测、采集处理和分析。它是一个分步开发、不断完善的信息网络系统，根据施工进度的需要分为３个阶段进行系统建设。该网络系统的监测信息量具有多渠道、多种类、多形式、动态积累、信息量浩大的特点，且具有多层次采集逐级汇总，在各层网络节点进行数据整理分析和管理等规律。对如何提高网络功能，优化网络结构提出以下建议，建设良好的信息基础设施、建立信息标准化体制、加强网络中节点的信息处理功能、减少结构层次。The safety monitoring system for TGP is a monitoring information network system. Through it, enormous monitoring information amount is collected and transmitted every year. Its function is measuring, collecting, processing and analysing the behaviour data of structure. According to requirements of TGP construction schedule, the information network system will be set up in three stages and gradually perfected. The monitoring information content from this network system has many features,such as multi-channel,multi-kind,multi-form,dynamic accumulation,vast amount, as well as multi-level acquisition, stage-by-stage collection,and data processing, analysing and managing at network nodes of every level. In order to enhance the network function and optimize its structure, constructing sound information infrastructure,setting up standardized information system, strengthening the information processing function of network node,reducing structural level,and improving the reliability of network system are proposed.
