摘　　要：论述了浮法玻璃生产线的设备工程进行监理或监造的必要性,介绍了设备工程监理的方法,即运用PDCA方法进度、投资、质量和安全环境控制,并做好合同和相关档案管理工作及处理各方关系。The necessary of supervising the manufacture of equipments on float glass production line was appraised, and the supervising procedures , that is controlling progress , investment, quality and safety environment by use of PDCA, managing contracts and relative archives orderly, dealing with relationships among them properly.
