摘　　要：介绍了横泉水库工程概况,论述了供水发电洞进水塔孔口设置,对供水发电洞泄流进行了计算。This paper introduces the general situation of Hengquan Reservoir project, expounds the setting up of the orifice of intake tower of water-supply tunnel, and calculates the aerial drainage of water-supply power tunnel.
