摘 要:目的:测定金莲花花粉活力。方法:采用离体萌发法对金莲花不同花期的花粉活力进行测定,配制不同浓度(5%,10%,15%,20%)的蔗糖溶液,接种不同花期的花粉,统计花粉萌发率。结果:金莲花花粉在供试不同浓度蔗糖溶液中均可萌发,在5%~10%蔗糖溶液中萌发率较高;始开期或盛开期金莲花花粉萌发率差异不大,花蕾期金莲花花粉萌发率极低。结论:5%~10%的蔗糖溶液适合进行金莲花花粉离体活力测定;始开期和盛开期金莲花花粉活力较花蕾期高。Objective: To study the pollen viability of Trollius chinensis. Methods: pollen germination method in vitro were used to study pollen viability of Trollius chinensis treated with sucrose solution in 4 different concentrations. Results: In this study, the optimum condition for Trollius chinensis pollen germination is 5% - 10% sucrose solution, pollen in the bud time can hardly sprout, the difference of pollen germination rate between earlier period and later time of florescence were not significant. Conclusion: 5% to 10% sucrose solution were fitted to study pollen viability of Trollius chinensis, and pollen germination rates of the earlier period and later time of florescence were signifi- cantly higher than the bud time.
