摘　　要：目的:建立痔炎清合剂中绿原酸含量测定的方法。方法:用HPLC测定痔炎清合剂中绿原酸的含量,用Shim-pack VP-ODS(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)柱,以乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液(10:90)为流动相,进行含量测定。结果:绿原酸在6.6～33.0μg·m^(-1)呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999)。平均回收率为100.4%,RSD=1.27%(n=6)。结论:该方法准确、灵敏、重现性好。Objective： To establish the content determination method of chlorogenic acid in zhiyanqing mixture by HPLC. Methods： HPLC was performed to determine chlorogenic acid by the Shim-pack VP- ODS column, the mobile phase was composed of methanol-0.4% acetonitrile （10：90） and detection wavelength was at 327nm. Results： The linearity of this method well （r =0. 999 9）, and the average recovery was 100. 4%, RSD = 1.27% （ n = 6） . Conclusion： The method was simple, sensitive and accurate, and available for the quality control of zhiyanqing mixture.
