摘 要:种子的分离及鉴定是土壤种子库研究的基础,漂浮浓缩法很适合单种物种种子的分离。本文研究了不同浓度NaCl盐溶液及漂浮时间对结缕草种子漂浮率的影响。结缕草种子的漂浮率随着漂浮溶液浓度的增大而提高,随着漂浮时间的增加而降低。当NaCl盐溶液的浓度达到或者超过21.26%时,在10min内结缕草种子漂浮率一直为100%,不随着漂浮时间的变化而变化,表明漂浮浓缩法可以用于土壤种子库研究中结缕草种子的分离。Separation and identification of seeds are the basis of studies on soll seed bank. lhe method ot separating seeds from soil by using salt solution is very adaptive to the seeds which belong to one kind of plant population. This paper studied the effects of NaCl salt solution with different concentrations and floating time on the rate of floating seeds of Zoysia japonica. The results showed that the rate of floating seeds increased with the concentration of NaCl salt solution increasing at the same time, and decreased with the floating time increasing at the same concentration. When the concentration of NaCl salt solution was equal to or greater than 21.26 %, the rate of floating seeds was 100 % within 10 minute, and the rate of floating seed did not change with floating time changing. So the method of floating and concentrating can be used to separate Zoysia japonica seeds from soil.
