摘  要:广东东糖集团热电厂8号煤粉炉,由于燃用煤种偏离设计煤种,在运行中出现主蒸汽温度偏高的问题,造成该炉长期不能带满负荷。为此,分析了产生这一问题的原因,并对该炉相关设备进行了改造,改造后锅炉各汽水系统参数全部合格,所改造设备经过连续7个月满负荷运行没有发生问题,改造取得了成功。As the coal in use deviated from the designed coal,the main-steam temperature of No.8 pulverized coal fired boiler of Donta Group Thermal Power Plant in Guangdong,China was overhigh in the operation,which led to the longstanding failure of the boiler to carry full load.Upon causal investigation into the problem,corresponding modification was carried out,and all the parameters of the boiler steam and water systems were up to standard thereafter.The trouble-free continuous full-load operation of the modified equipment for the following seven months showed the success of the modification.
