摘 要:目的实验拟研究Id1在增生性瘢痕、瘢痕疙瘩及正常皮肤中的表达变化情况以探讨病理性瘢痕的发生机制。方法实验采用Western blotting法检测12例正常皮肤、15例增生性瘢痕和15例瘢痕疙瘩中Id1的表达情况。结果Id1在增生。日瘢痕和瘢痕疙瘩组织中的表达明显高于正常皮肤组织(P〈0.001)。结论病理性瘢痕的发生可能与Id1在增生性瘢痕和疣痕疙瘩组织中的过高表达有关。Objective The inhibitor of differentiation (Id1) has been confirmed to express in various tissues. This study was aimed to study the change of expression of Idl protein in hypertrophic scars, keloid and normal skin to reveal the mechanism of formation of pathological scars. Methods Western blotting was performed to detect the expression of Idl in 12 samples of normal skin, 15 samples of hypertrophic scars and 15 samples of keloids. Results The expressions of Idl in hypertrophic scars and keloids were both significantly higher than that in normal skin(p 〈 0. 001 ). Conclusions The increase of expression of Idl protein in hypertrophic scars and keloid might be involved in regulating abnormal scars development at differient stage and one of the mechanisms by which the scar formation is controlled.
