热分析法评价龙胆泻肝丸和防风通圣丸的稳定性

摘　　要：本文采用热重分析法和差示扫描量热法对龙胆泻肝丸和防风通圣丸的贮存稳定性进行了分析。先从DTG曲线和DSC曲线进行判断,如果产生新峰,则说明药品已经变质。如果没有产生新峰,再从TG曲线来看各个阶段的失重量的变化,如果失重量变化较大,说明药品的组分含量发生了较大改变,也可以认为其变质。The DSC, DTG and TG curves are used to evaluate the stability of Fangfengtongsheng Pills and Longdanxiegan Pills. The DSC and DTG curves are used firstly to judge whether the quality of medicine have changed. If there were new peaks,we could conclude the quality of medicine had changed. If not, then the TG curve would be used to judge whether the quantity of the components had changed. If the quantity of the components had changed, we could also conclude the quality of medicine had changed.
