摘　　要：目的:评价甘露醇治疗外伤性低眼压的疗效。方法:对60例外伤性低眼压患者应用甘露醇治疗并进行随访分析。结果:60例中应用甘露醇治疗后眼压恢复正常者48例,占80%,12例无效需行手术治疗,治疗无副作用。结论:甘露醇是一种简便有效、安全的治疗外伤性低眼压的方法。Objective：To evaluate the effects of Mannitol on traumatic hypotony.Methods： Carrying on follow-up visit in analysis the 60 examples treating with Mannitol.Results： 48 examples recover to normal ocular pressure after Mannitol treatment, account for 80% ,and 12 examples invalid need surgical treatment, the treatment did not have the side effect. Condusion：Mannitol is a simple and safe effective medthod of treating traumatic hypotony.
