摘　　要：针对现阶段病历档案归档、存储的现状,阐述了目前电子病历档案和打印纸质病历档案同步归档、双轨制管理的必要性;提出了病历档案的保护和归档管理的方式方法,为实现电子病历档案现代化管理奠定坚实的基础。According to the filing and storage of medical records at the present period, syncbronistic filing for both electronic medical record （EMR） and the printing medical record and double track system management are discussed,at the same time,the way for medical record protection and filing management is proposed, and it can offer a stability base for the modernization management of EMR.
