摘　　要：《天津生态市建设规划纲要》将水环境作为生态城市建设的重要组成部分。在大量的调研分析基础上,提出了开展污水资源化,促进生态城市建设的设想及方案。＂Tianjin Ecology City Construction Plan Summary＂ takes the water environment as an important component of the ecology urban construction. This article proposed converting sewage into resources, and made a tentative plan to promote constructing ecology city in the massive investigation and study analysis foundation.
