摘　　要：以新古典经济增长模型为分析对象,将模型的假设限制放宽,在承认劳动力存在质量差别的条件下,提出并分析了资本深化分配的三种过程。在此基础上对人力资本差异、资本最优分配方式以及内生经济增长之间的关系进行了逻辑辨析,并提出了经济最优增长路径。By employing the neoclassic economic growth theory, relax model hypothesis limit under the acknowledgment that labor force existence quality difference condition, this paper analyses the three kinds of process of capital deepening assignment, and also analyses the relations of human capital difference, the capital most superior assignment way as well as the economic growth.
