摘　　要：为了营造采穗圃,有效保护和科学开发利用东北红豆杉资源,以25株优树的插穗为材料,进行东北红豆杉优良无性系的筛选。清水浸泡插穗12 h后扦插,25株优树中,235、243、246、249、250、251、255、256号达到100%生根率;247、240、256、249、250、245、251、244、257、248、254、252、240、241、243号的高生长量与其它优树之间差异性显著,高生长量超过6.52 cm,这些植株可以作为重点选育对象进行培养。In order to build cutting orchard, and to effectively protect and scientifically develop and utilize Taxus cuspidata resources, fine clones in T. cuspidata were selected, taking cuttings from 25 superior trees as materials. After cuttings had been immersed by water for 12 hours, among 25 superior trees, rooting ability of NO. 235, 243, 246, 249, 250, 251＂, 255, 256 reached 100% Height increments of NO. 247, 240, 256, 249, 250, 245, 251, 244, 257, 248, 254, 252, 240, 241, 243 exceeded 6. 52 cm, which were significant different from the others, so the trees were able to be cultured as key breeding objects.
