摘　　要：中国对虾产业在国际上具有重要地位,但近年来中国对虾出口形势面临从未有过的巨大挑战,因此,了解我国对虾产品、产业的现状,加大我国对虾产品与产业的研究,对我国对虾产业增强竞争能力和可持续发展具有一定意义。The Chinese shrimp industry has the important status internationally, but in recent years Chinese shrimp exportation has faced huge challenge. It is significant to know our shrimp product, the present situation, to further study our shrimp product and industry, and to enhance competitive ability and sustainable development of our shrimp industry.
